While developing CWSRestart, some users expressed the need to know not only the connected players IP, but their nickname as well. This is what this Man-in-the-Middle server is for. It sits between your server and the client, and listens for the username and level. Since it doesn't depend on DLL injections, it should work with custom servers as well.
This tool requires you to change the server.exe port. You can view a guide on the
Project website.
Features:
- Identify users with their name
- Set a minimum and maximum level, that is required for users to join
- Limit the number of players. If the server is full, connections won't even reach the "real" CubeWorld server.
